Making the dough
Please refer to the 'Basic Dough Method' on P14 and P15. Divide the dough into 50g portions (if making mini burgers, you can also divide them into 30g portions).
Shaping
Flatten the dough, then roll it into a round ball from the outside towards the center, pressing out the air.
Decorating
Dip the surface of the dough into sesame seeds.

Reference image before proofing. The dough diameter is about 6 cm.
After proofing
Comparison image after proofing. The dough diameter is about 7.5 cm.
Pan-frying the meat
Pan-fry the hamburger patty or chicken until cooked.
Assembly
Once the bun has cooled, cut it horizontally in the middle, and place the other prepared ingredients inside.
