Add salt to fresh goose blood.

Soak glutinous rice in advance for more than half an hour.

Prepare cornmeal.
Step 4
Add the cornmeal to the fresh goose blood and mix well; set aside.

Place the soaked glutinous rice on a steamer rack and steam until cooked.

Remove the steamed glutinous rice from the steamer rack.

Pour the glutinous rice into the goose blood and cornmeal mixture and mix well.

Once mixed well, place it back into the steamer rack and steam for 20 minutes.

Prepare minced peanuts.

Slice the steamed goose blood cake and set aside. When ready to eat, sprinkle the minced peanuts over the blood cake and serve.
