Ingredients

Noodles 400g
Green beans 200g
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Pork a piece
Scallion a section
Ginger 3 slices
Garlic 2 cloves
Oil 1 spoonful
Salt 2 spoonfuls
Soy sauce a spoonful
Dried chili peppers 2 pieces
Star anise 2 spoonfuls

Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and pork, and set aside.

Add oil to the wok and heat it, then add the pork slices, green onion, ginger, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry.
