Step 1
Rinse the sago with water, do not soak it (the photo shows green sago, but I converted it to black and white)
Step 2
Drain off the water, then mix with sugar.
Step 3
Press into a mold, press firmly, then add sesame filling (other types of filling can also be used)
Step 4
Add sago on top as well, press firmly!! Otherwise it will fall apart when unmolding.
Step 5
Place into a pot of boiling water, then steam for 10 minutes.
