Green Lotus Leaf and Lotus Seed Congee

Ingredients

Rice (washed, mixed with a small amount of oil) 150 g
Lotus seeds (washed) 40 g
Euryale ferox seeds (washed, soaked in water for half an hour, then steamed in a steamer and taken out) 20 g
Job's tears (washed) 20 g
Fresh lotus leaf 1 small piece
Salt 1 small teaspoon
White pepper powder A little

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the rice and mix with a small amount of oil; wash the other ingredients.

Wash the gorgon fruit, soak in water for half an hour first, then place in a steamer to steam until cooked and remove.
