Ham Waffles
Beer waffles with diced ham and parsley, ideal to serve alongside vegetables or roasted dishes.

flat-leaf parsley (chopped)

Step 1
Pour the beer into a container and let the foam settle. Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add the whole eggs, melted butter, and salt, then mix with a wooden spatula. Slowly pour in the beer and stir until you have a smooth batter that is slightly thicker than crêpe batter. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour.

Heat the waffle maker and lightly grease it with an oiled cloth. Fold the chopped parsley and ham into the batter. Bake until golden, transfer to a warm oven to keep hot, and serve immediately.
