Step 1
Put corn flour, soybean flour, yeast, white sugar, and egg into the flour.

Mix evenly, and slowly stir with warm milk into a cotton-floss shape.

Knead into a rough dough, and place on a cutting board with soybean oil.

Knead all the soybean oil into the dough, and knead the dough until it reaches the expansion stage where a film can be pulled out.

Knead into a smooth dough, place in a warm place, and perform the first fermentation.

Remove the stems and pits from the hawthorns, wash clean, put into a pot of boiling water, and cook.

Put rock sugar into the pot.

Dissolve all the rock sugar, mince, and make into hawthorn sauce for later use.
