Stir-fry

Dice the scallions; first stir-fry the white parts in a small amount of oil until fragrant, then add the fried crab meat, and stir-fry together with the tofu strips, cooking wine, oyster sauce, white sugar, white pepper powder and water starch until evenly combined, then sprinkle with the green scallion parts before serving.
