Honey Glazed Chicken Wings
Chicken wings marinated in a variety of sauces, then pan-fried in the microwave with chopped dried onions.

Ingredients
chicken wings (washed, patted dry)
300g (about 8 taels)
shallots (peeled, minced)
2 pieces
hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon
miso paste
1/2 tablespoon
brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon
five-spice powder
1 teaspoon
rose dew wine
1 teaspoon
light soy sauce
1 teaspoon
dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon
sesame oil
a few drops
oil
about 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Wash chicken wings, wipe dry, marinate with seasonings for about 30 minutes

Peel shallots, chop

Preheat pan-fry dish on high heat for about 2 minutes, add about 2 tablespoons oil, then add chopped shallots, cook on high heat for about 1 minute

Take out the pan-fry dish, place chicken wings on top, cook on high heat for about 3 minutes (if using chicken wing mid-section, takes 3 minutes; if using whole chicken wings, takes 4 minutes)
