Ispahan Two-Tone Ice Cream
Mix raspberry sorbet and rose lychee sorbet to make two-toned ice cream.

Chill the Tools
Place the stainless steel bowl and the small tools (spatula, ice cream scoop, palette knife) into the freezer to chill.

Combine and Swirl
Layer the ice cream in two tiers inside the stainless steel bowl, then gently fold the whole mixture together with the ice cream scoop to achieve the desired two-tone effect.

Pack into Containers
Pack the ice cream into containers using the ice cream scoop. Smooth the surface with the stainless steel palette knife and seal with the lids.
