This bright, light salad is a perfect pick for a quick, refreshing meal, offering a delightful balance of crisp textures and tangy, creamy flavors that work well as a side dish or light main for warm days.

Ingredients

lettuce leaves (washed, cut into round shapes, soaked in ice water) 2 slices
alfalfa sprouts (washed, drained) 150 g
apple (washed, diced) 1 piece
kiwifruit (peeled, diced) 1 piece
diced red sweet pepper to taste
diced yellow sweet pepper to taste
yogurt 3 tablespoons
milk 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Prepare vegetables and fruits

Wash the lettuce leaves, remove each leaf one by one, cut them into circles with scissors, then soak briefly in ice water; wash the apple and cut into small dice; peel the kiwi, cut into small dice, then mix with diced red and yellow sweet peppers.

Prepare sauce and alfalfa sprouts

Wash the alfalfa sprouts and drain thoroughly; mix yogurt and milk to make a yogurt sauce.

Place the alfalfa sprouts and mixed fruits and vegetables on the lettuce leaves, then drizzle with the yogurt sauce to finish.
