Prepare the Lobster
Extract the lobster meat, cut into lobster balls, and marinate with salt, lemon juice, and white pepper powder until flavorful. Set aside.
Prepare the Dough
Roll the pizza dough out into a 5mm-thick crust, place it in a baking pan brushed with olive oil, and spread tomato sauce over it.
Assemble
Place the marinated lobster meat on top, evenly sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, salt, and oregano, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake
Place in the oven and bake at 250°C for 5 minutes.
Drizzle Oil
Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and it is ready to serve.
