Ingredients

Dough (round and rest for 30 minutes) 90g
Diced ham to taste
Pork floss to taste
Chopped scallions to taste
Beaten whole egg a pinch
Pizza cheese to taste
Dried minced scallions to taste

Instructions

1

Rest

Divide the dough into 12 pieces of 90g each; round each piece and rest for 30 minutes.

2

Roll each piece of dough out, then spread with diced ham, pork floss, and chopped scallions. Roll up into a long strip, cut a hole every 2cm (just deep enough to see the filling), then connect the ends to form a circle.

3

Ferment and Decorate

When the dough has doubled in size, brush the surface with beaten whole egg and sprinkle with pizza cheese.

4

Bake

Place in the oven, bake at 200°C (top heat) / 180°C (bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, then sprinkle with dried minced scallions after baking.
