Prepare the ingredients

Use warm water, add 3 slices of ginger, and soak the maitake mushrooms

The entrails have been removed; just separate the small abalone meat from the shell, use a small brush to scrub away the black stuff around the edges, then wash clean

Add water and ginger slices, blanch the chicken, and rinse away the scum

Tear the soaked maitake mushrooms into small pieces and rinse with water several times

Place all ingredients in a pot, add 1600ml of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5 hours
