Step 1
Wash the dried tofu clean and cut into wide strips
Step 2
Wash the green onions clean and cut into sections, prepare the dried chili peppers
Step 3
Heat the wok, add an appropriate amount of oil, and when the oil is hot, place the dried tofu in the wok and pan-fry over medium heat

Pan-fry the dried tofu until both sides are golden yellow
Step 5
Add half a bowl of water to the wok, add a little soy sauce, stir-fry a couple of times, add dried chili peppers, bring to a boil over high heat and braise for 5 minutes
Step 6
Place the green onion sections in the wok, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt, and reduce the sauce over high heat
