  • Flat beans (washed, shredded, and blanched in boiling water) — 350g
  • Garlic (minced) — 5 cloves
  • Sesame oil — 1 tsp
  • Chili oil — 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce — 1 tsp
  • Sesame paste — 1 tsp
  • Aromatic vinegar — 1 tsp
  • Salt — 1 tsp
  • White sugar — 1 teaspoon
  • MSG — 2 teaspoons
  1. Prepare the Hyacinth Beans Mince the garlic; wash the hyacinth beans, cut them into strips, and blanch in boiling water until cooked to remove toxins and the raw bean smell.

  2. Cold Water Soak Immediately soak the blanched bean strips in cold water; this helps maintain their bright green color and results in a crispier texture.

  3. Mix and Serve Then add sesame paste, soy sauce, minced garlic, chili oil, salt, sugar, MSG, vinegar, and sesame oil; mix well and serve on a plate.
