- Flat beans (washed, shredded, and blanched in boiling water) — 350g
- Garlic (minced) — 5 cloves
- Sesame oil — 1 tsp
- Chili oil — 1 tsp
- Soy sauce — 1 tsp
- Sesame paste — 1 tsp
- Aromatic vinegar — 1 tsp
- Salt — 1 tsp
- White sugar — 1 teaspoon
- MSG — 2 teaspoons
