Instructions
Step 1
Prepare all required ingredients. Vegetables can be mixed and matched freely, but shiitake mushrooms and onion are essential. These two ingredients make the fried rice fresh and fragrant. Onion also helps remove unpleasant odors, making the lean pork taste even better.
Step 2
Dice the shiitake mushrooms and onion; you can also prepare some chopped green onions.
Step 3
Chop the broccoli into small pieces.
Step 4
Add oil to the pan, then add diced onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Stir-fry for a longer time to fully bring out the aroma. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant. The mixture should be slightly dry to ensure it is sufficiently aromatic.
Step 5
Push the shiitake mushroom and onion mixture to one side of the pan, add lean pork and stir-fry. After stirring evenly, continue stir-frying a few more times until the lean pork is fully cooked through.
Step 6
Next add the chopped broccoli and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the rice and stir-fry evenly. Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, stir well, and serve. After breaking up any clumps in the rice, stir-fry several more times to ensure the rice is heated evenly.
Step 7
This fried rice is extremely fragrant, and you don't need to worry about weight gain because the rice is cooked with quinoa.
