Instant oats (unsweetened, dairy-free) 1/2 cup
Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Ripe banana 1 medium
Dark chocolate (70% or higher) 30 grams
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon
Honey 1 tablespoon
Mixed nuts (optional) 2 tablespoons
Milk or plant-based milk 1/2 cup
