Osmanthus Honey Lotus Root Starch
I keep a large bag of lotus root starch at home, so whenever an afternoon craving strikes, I simply mix up a packet — it's delicious, nourishing, and wholesome. In addition to starch, glucose, and protein, lotus root starch provides calcium, iron, phosphorus, and a range of vitamins. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, lotus root is believed to tonify the five organs, harmonize the spleen and stomach, and replenish blood and qi. Blended with osmanthus honey, the result is gently sweet and soothing, with a rich floral aroma — a firm favorite.
