red chili pepper (washed and cut into rings) 2
yellow chili pepper (washed and cut into rings) 1
green peas 5 g
scallion 1
ginger (washed and julienned) 1

Instructions

1

Prepare the ingredients

Clean the barracuda and cut into thick slices; wash and slice the garlic; wash and julienne the ginger; wash the chili peppers and cut into rings.

2

Pan-fry the fish

Pan-fry the barracuda slices until both sides turn golden brown, then set aside.

3

Braise to absorb the flavors

Add the sesame oil to the pan and temper the ginger, garlic, and chili peppers until fragrant. Add the soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and the barracuda slices. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the sauce thickens. Cover and braise for 1 minute, then serve.
