salt a pinch
lemon juice 1 tbsp

2

Soak the Goji Berries

Soak the goji berries in warm water for 10 minutes, then lift them out and drain off the water.

3

Make the Passion Fruit Sauce

Combine the passion fruit pulp with the sugar, salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and stir until evenly mixed.

4

Assemble and Bake

Take a baking dish and spread a thin layer of butter over it. Add the shredded yam, pour in the seasoned passion fruit pulp, then scatter the goji berries and sweet black beans on top, and finish with a layer of shredded cheese. Place the dish into the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
