Pepper Sauce Pork

Stir-fry pork cubes together with green bell pepper, red bell pepper, dried radish, dried tofu, dried shrimp and other ingredients, season with minced garlic and fermented black beans, then toss in fried peanuts.

Pepper Sauce Pork

Ingredients

pork (diced) 160 g
green bell pepper (diced) 1
red bell pepper (diced) 1
sweet dried radish (diced) 40 g
five-spice dried tofu (diced) 2
dried shrimp 2 tbsp
fried peanuts 80 g
minced garlic 1 tbsp
fermented black beans 1 tsp
cooking oil 6 tbsp
water 1/3 cup
salt a pinch
sugar a pinch
soy sauce a pinch
black pepper a pinch
sesame oil a pinch

Instructions

Dice ingredients

Dice the pork, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, dried radish, and dried tofu.

Stir-fry aromatics

Heat 3 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, dried radish, dried tofu, and dried shrimp until fragrant, then set aside.

Cook the pork

Heat another 3 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the minced garlic and fermented black beans until fragrant, then add the pork and stir-fry until cooked through.

Combine and season

Mix in the reserved stir-fried ingredients, add the seasonings, and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Serve

Add the fried peanuts, stir to combine evenly, then plate and serve.
