Mixing Dough
Place all dough ingredients into the bread machine according to the manufacturer's instructions and set the dough cycle.
Shaping
After the cycle completes, remove the dough and place it on a floured work surface. Knead briefly, then divide into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and press into rounds approximately 1 inch thick.
Resting
Cover the dough with a damp towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
Preheating the Oven
Preheat the oven to 475°F, placing a baking stone or baking tray inside to preheat.
Rolling the Dough
Roll each piece of dough into a round 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick.
Baking
Spray water into the 475°F oven, quickly place the first piece of dough inside, reduce the heat to 450°F, and bake for 3 minutes.
Cooling and Storage
Remove and let cool, then cover with a damp towel. Once completely cooled, place in a sealed bag and freeze for storage.
