Instructions

1

Dough Preparation

Select the recipe size. Add all ingredients except the filling to the machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. Select the 'Dough' cycle.

2

Dividing and Resting

Remove the dough at the end of the cycle. Deflate, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes. Divide the 1.5 lb dough into 12 pieces and the 2 lb dough into 18 pieces. Shape into rounds.

3

Shaping and Proofing

On a floured surface, roll the dough into 3.5-inch diameter rounds. Place on a greased baking sheet, 3 inches apart. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes or until doubled.

4

Filling and Baking

Using a floured thumb, press an indentation in the center of each round. Fill the indentations with the filling. Bake in a 375°F (about 190°C) oven for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
