Potato and Egg Frittata with Beaufort Cheese
A fried egg dish made with Beaufort cheese and potatoes.

Potatoes (boiled, sliced)
4 medium-sized
Butter (for frying potatoes)

Beaufort cheese (shredded)
100 g
Seasonings

Instructions

Fry the Potatoes
Slice the 4 medium-sized boiled potatoes, then fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.

Mix the Egg Mixture
Whisk the 8 eggs together with 100 g of shredded Beaufort cheese until well combined, then season to taste.

Steam
Pour the egg mixture over the fried potatoes and steam until the egg whites set.

Finish briefly under a hot grill.
