Prepare the ingredients: all-purpose flour, egg, milk, salt, sugar, lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage, and salad dressing.

Wash all vegetables and rinse them with cool boiled water. Then slice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes, and shred the purple cabbage for later use;
