Ingredients

Tofu skin 500g
Hot peppers 3
Salt 5g
Soy sauce 3g
Minced garlic 15g
Chopped scallions 15g
Minced ginger 15g

Instructions

Cut the tofu skin.

Cut the green chilies.

Slice the meat.

Heat oil in a pan until 60-70% hot, pour in the meat, add chopped scallions, and stir-fry.
