Seafood Abalone Rice

The third-generation iron pot rice cooker truly lives up to the hype. I’ve already used its standard rice setting for curry chicken rice and steam setting for garlic vermicelli-steamed sea shrimp, and today’s quick-cooked seafood abalone rice was just as impressive. The rice grains are perfectly separate, and the seafood is tender and fresh—absolutely incredible.
