Sesame Crispy Cake
These simple sesame crispy cakes are made with a blend of flour, corn flour, and milk, then quickly cooked in the microwave until golden.
Story
The dough comes together easily and is chilled briefly before being shaped into flat rounds. A sprinkle of black sesame seeds adds a nutty crunch to the lightly sweetened, crisp texture.
