Ingredients

Spinach (remove old leaves, cut off roots, wash, cut into about 6cm segments, blanch) 500g
Sesame seeds (remove impurities, slowly stir-fry over low heat until golden brown) 20g
Refined salt to taste
MSG to taste
Scallion (cut into thin shreds) to taste
Ginger (cut into thin shreds) to taste
Sesame oil to taste
Vinegar to taste
soy sauce to taste

Step 1

Pluck off the old leaves of the spinach, cut off the roots, wash thoroughly with clean water, and cut into sections about 6 cm long; pick out any impurities from the sesame seeds, place them in a wok, and slowly stir-fry over low heat until cooked, taking them out when they turn golden yellow; cut the scallion and ginger into fine shreds.

Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add the chopped spinach, blanch briefly and scoop out, then cool it down with cold boiled water.
