Instructions
Step 1
Pluck off the old leaves of the spinach, cut off the roots, wash thoroughly with clean water, and cut into sections about 6 cm long; pick out any impurities from the sesame seeds, place them in a wok, and slowly stir-fry over low heat until cooked, taking them out when they turn golden yellow; cut the scallion and ginger into fine shreds.
Step 2
Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add the chopped spinach, blanch briefly and scoop out, then cool it down with cold boiled water.
Step 3
Take the spinach out and gently squeeze out the water (the original text is interrupted here).
