Shredded Pork with Cauliflower
I didn't know cauliflower could be grown here. I was thrilled to see this locally grown cauliflower—even though I don't usually love it, I immediately stir-fried some. Whether due to its freshness or being organically grown, a large plate was quickly devoured. It was truly delicious!
Story
I was surprised and thrilled to find locally grown cauliflower, as I never expected it could thrive in our area. Despite not usually caring much for the vegetable, I couldn't resist the urge to quickly stir-fry a fresh batch. Perhaps it was the incredible freshness or the organic nature of the produce, but the dish turned out absolutely delicious, and we devoured a large plate in no time.
