Ingredients

Green chili peppers (shredded) 250g
Shredded pork 200g
Scallions and ginger (minced) 30g
Sugar as needed
Salt as needed
White pepper powder as needed
Cornstarch as needed
Chicken bouillon powder as needed

Mix the shredded pork with sugar, salt, cornstarch, white pepper powder, and chicken bouillon powder with a small amount of water; cut the green chilies into shreds, and mince the scallions and ginger.

Mix cornstarch, chicken bouillon powder, and white pepper powder with a small amount of water to make a sauce.

Heat oil in the pan, add scallions and ginger to release aroma, add shredded pork and stir-fry until separated, then add green chilies and stir-fry a few times. When nearly cooked, add the prepared sauce, stir-fry a few times, and serve.
