Snow Cloth Roll Cake
A snow-white outer layer with delicate stripes; the crust crumbles softly on the bite, while the cake itself is soft and silky.

Instructions
Baking the Egg Batter
First divide the egg batter into 10 trays (lined with parchment paper at the bottom); once baked, cut each tray into three strips of cake.
Preparing the Snow Cloth Dough
Place the flour on the work surface and form a well in the middle. Add the ingredients into the center, stir to dissolve, then fold into the flour and mix evenly to form the snow cloth dough (do not over-knead during mixing to prevent oil from leaking out and gluten from forming).
Shaping and Baking
Once the dough is ready, roll it out thin. Use a patterned rolling pin to emboss it, then cut it into pieces matching the length and width of the roll cake, and lay them over the baked egg batter. Place the roll cake on top, wrap the dough around it, and bake over low heat. After removing from the oven and cooling, cut into small cake pieces.
