Pig skin aspic (pi dong) as needed
Cucumber for garnish
Garlic to taste
Chili rings to taste
Sichuan peppercorns to taste
Sesame oil as needed
Chili oil to taste

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients

Slice the cucumber and arrange it at the bottom of a serving plate as a garnish. Cut the pig skin aspic into strips.

Prepare the seasoning bowl

Place the minced garlic and chili rings into a mixing bowl.

Heat a pan and add the Sichuan peppercorns along with sesame oil. Pour in the chili oil to create the dressing.
