Cucumber Shrimp Noodles

Story

This dish combines the fresh crunch of cucumber with tender shrimp in a savory broth. It comes together quickly for a light meal.

Ingredients

Shrimp to taste
Cucumber to taste
Noodles to taste
Cooking wine 1 spoon
White pepper 1 spoon
Ginger slices 2 slices
Stock concentrate (or bouillon) to taste
Salt to taste

Instructions

Marinate the shrimp

Peel the shrimp and cut them into pieces. Add a spoon of cooking wine and a spoon of white pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 5 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables

Slice the cucumber into rounds and set aside.

Start the broth

Place two slices of ginger in a pot of water and bring to a boil.

Cook the noodles

Once the water is boiling, add the noodles.

Add shrimp and cucumber

When the noodles are partially cooked (al dente), add the marinated shrimp. Then add the cucumber slices and bring the soup back to a boil.

Season and serve

Add the stock concentrate and stir until dissolved. Add a little salt to taste, stir well, and serve.
