Red chili pepper 1 piece
Green chili pepper 1 piece
Peanut oil 6ml
Salt 3g
Cooking wine 2ml
Light soy sauce 3ml
Ginger 3g
Garlic 5g
Scallions 20g

Prepare ingredients: dried river fish, green chili peppers, red chili peppers, green onions, and other ingredients;

Wash and cut the red chili peppers, green chili peppers, and green onions respectively;
