Spicy Dry Pot Lotus Root Slices

Ingredients

Lotus root 600g
Peanuts 50g
Peanut oil 6ml
Salt 3g
Light soy sauce 2ml
Dark soy sauce 1ml
Dried chili peppers 15g
Sichuan peppercorns 1g
Garlic 10g
Cilantro 10g

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare ingredients: lotus root, peanuts, dried chili peppers, and other ingredients;

Peel the lotus root, wash it clean, and slice it;

Fry the peanuts in an oil pan until cooked, then remove and drain the oil;

Continue to fry the lotus root slices, remove when done, and drain the oil;
