Ingredients

Glass noodles (soaked in water for about 20 minutes then drained) 50g
Shrimp 50g
Onion (shredded) 10g
Tomato (sliced) 30g
Bean sprouts 10g
Stock 200ml
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Salted fish sambal 1 tbsp

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients

Soak the dried starch noodles in water for about 20 minutes, drain and set aside. Cut the onion into shreds, slice the tomato, and set aside.

Cook Noodles

Cook the starch noodles in a pot until done, then remove and place them into a bowl.

Cook Soup Base

In a separate soup pot, add broth, fish sauce, and salted fish sambal. Then add shrimp, onion, tomato, and bean sprouts. Bring everything to a boil.

Pour the cooked soup and ingredients over the starch noodles in the bowl. It is ready to serve.
