Ingredients

beef tenderloin, finely minced 200g
fresh spinach leaves 100g
carrots, peeled and finely diced 50g
peeled corn kernels 50g
cooked white rice 1 cup
baby soy sauce 1 tablespoon
light seasoning sauce (like松鲜鲜) 1 teaspoon
vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
cornstarch 10g
water 1 cup

Marinate the beef

Place the minced beef in a bowl. Add the baby soy sauce, light seasoning sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well until everything is evenly coated. Let it sit for about 15 minutes so the beef absorbs all the flavors and becomes tender.

Prep the vegetables

Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add the spinach and carrots together and blanch for about 30 seconds until slightly softened. Remove, drain, and let cool. Chop the spinach finely and set aside.

Cook the beef and veggies

Heat the oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it loses its raw pink color, breaking it apart as it cooks. Toss in the diced carrots and corn kernels, stirring until they smell fragrant.
