Story

Steamed mini buns filled with a mixture of kelp and pork belly.

Ingredients

Flour 500g
Dry Yeast 8g
Pork Belly 100g
Sweet Bean Sauce 7g
Kelp 350g
Soy Sauce to taste
MSG to taste
Sesame Oil to taste
Green Onion and Ginger to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Add warm water to the flour and mix to form a dough.

Marinate the diced pork belly with sweet bean sauce for 1 hour. Then add diced kelp, soy sauce, MSG, sesame oil, and minced scallion and ginger. Mix well to make the filling.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 15 wrappers, fill with the filling, and shape. Let rise (proof), then place in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes.
