Step 1
Add warm water to the flour and mix to form a dough.

Marinate the diced pork belly with sweet bean sauce for 1 hour. Then add diced kelp, soy sauce, MSG, sesame oil, and minced scallion and ginger. Mix well to make the filling.

Divide the dough into 15 wrappers, fill with the filling, and shape. Let rise (proof), then place in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes.
