Place the flour in a basin. Pour in the boiling water and stir evenly with chopsticks. Allow to cool slightly. Add cold water and stir until no liquid is visible. Then knead by hand until a dough forms.

Add the salad oil.

Continue kneading the dough until the basin, hands, and dough are all smooth and clean. Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
