bitter lettuce 1 handful
cilantro 2 heads
garlic to taste
red chili to taste
pork cracklings to taste

We call this vegetable pointed-leaf bitter wheat, also known as ribbon wheat.

Cut the bitter lettuce into sections.

Prepare an appropriate amount of minced garlic, red chili shreds, and pork cracklings.

Add soy sauce and starch to a bowl, then add an appropriate amount of water to make a sauce.
