Stir-fried Celery with Pork Cracklings

Ingredients

Celery 200g
Fatty pork 25g
Salt to taste
Five-spice powder 1 small spoon
Light soy sauce 5g
Chicken essence 1g
Scallion to taste
Ginger to taste
Garlic to taste

Cut the celery into sections.

Blanch in boiling water, then remove and set aside.
