Ingredients

Chicken breast to taste
Green pepper to taste
Potato to taste
Green beans to taste
Garlic to taste
Chili pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into shreds, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water starch, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the green pepper, peel the potato, and break the green beans into segments.

Cut the green pepper into shreds.

Cut the potato into shreds and rinse to remove the starch.

Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken shreds and stir-fry until they change color, then remove and set aside.
