Instructions

1

Place all ingredients (except butter) into the bread pan.

Step 2

Select the "Knead" program on the bread machine, and adjust the time to 15 minutes.

3

Step 3

After the program ends, add the softened butter and continue the "Knead" program for 10 minutes.

4

Step 4

After the program ends, check the dough state; it should be able to be stretched into an elastic thick membrane.

5

Step 5

Remove the dough, shape it into a round, place it in a sealed container, gently press it flat, and put it into the proofing box for the first fermentation at 30°C, 75% humidity, for 60 minutes.

6

Step 6

Meanwhile, prepare the cranberry bean paste filling. Take out the Yixiaobei Suixin sweet filling.

7

Step 7

Add the chopped cranberries and mix well, then it's ready.

8

Step 8

After fermentation, the dough should be about twice its original size.

9

Step 9

Take out the dough and divide it into 5 equal portions.

10

Step 10

Roll each portion into a round to release air, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Step 13

Pinch the seam tightly closed and place it seam-side down on a silicone mat.

14

Place in the preheated oven on the middle rack, top and bottom heat at 170°C, for 18 minutes (you may cover with foil halfway to prevent over-browning).
