Stir-fried Pea Pods

Ingredients

pea pods (blanched in boiling water, then cooled) 200 g
vegetarian ham (diced) 25 g
rehydrated shiitake mushrooms (diced) 25 g
cooked bamboo shoots (diced) 25 g
wet cornstarch (for thickening) 15 g
sesame oil (drizzled in) 10 g
cooked vegetable oil (the original steps state 25 g) 20 g
fine salt 2 g
cooking wine 15 g
MSG 1.5 g

Prepare the pea pods

Blanch the pea pods in boiling water, then rinse with cold water.

Cut the supporting ingredients

Dice the vegetarian ham, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots; set aside.
