black wood ear mushroom to taste

Homegrown red chard.

Trim the chard and wash it.

Blanch in boiling water, then drain, rinse with cold water, and squeeze out excess water.

Squeeze out excess water, cut into small segments, and set aside.

Rinse the soaked wood ear mushrooms clean, drain, and set aside.
