Prepare the ingredients;

Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of oil and a little salt;

Put the wood ear mushrooms inside to blanch;
Step 4
After blanching, put the snow peas in to blanch briefly, remove and set aside once they change color;

Heat a wok with a little oil, put the bacon in and stir-fry;
Step 6
When the bacon is fragrant and slightly shrunk, add the blanched snow peas and wood ear mushrooms;

Stir-fry a few times, add salt to season, mix well and then serve on a plate.

Serve at the table.
