Ingredients

Fried tofu puffs 150g
Bok choy 300g
Ginger 2 slices
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Prep the ingredients

Rinse the tofu puffs under cold water and drain. Wash the bok choy thoroughly and cut the stalks into large, bite-sized pieces.

Heat a wok over high heat until dry. Add the oil and swirl to coat. Toss in the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.
