Thai Coconut Pudding
A Southeast Asian-style pudding dessert made with coconut milk, milk, and agar.
Ingredients
coconut milk
400 g
milk
260 g
sugar
150 g
agar
5 g
milk (for flavor adjustment)
to taste
food coloring oil (for color, optional)
to taste
Instructions

Dissolve Agar
Put milk and agar into a pot and stir until dissolved. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add Coconut Milk
Add coconut milk to the milk-sugar mixture and stir well.

Flavor and Mold
Adjust the flavor with milk as needed, stir well, pour into molds, and optionally add food coloring oil to create layers.
